Age Limit
+ For ANM & MPHW: Born not earlier than 01.01.1989 and not later than 31.12.2006.
+ For GNM: Born not later than 31.12.2006.
Qualification
+ For ANM: Intermediate (10+2) Passed.
+ For GNM: Intermediate (10+2) Passed with English and must have 40% marks in aggregate & English Subject. Registered as ANM with State Nurses Registration Council.
+ For MPHW (Male): Intermediate (10+2) Passed.
Fees
+ Rs. 1000/- for General candidates.
+ Rs. 750/- for BC / SC / EWS / EsM / FF / PwD candidates.
+ Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
