Admission 10th and 12th in NIOS
NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) has released a admission notification for Secondary (10th) & Senior Secondary (10+2) examination. Eligible Learners who wants to appear in Public Examination can apply online from 16.03.2023 to 15.09.2023 for Block – I Exam held in April / May 2024 & 16.09.2023 to 15.03.2024 for Block – II Exam held in October / November 2024. Other details like educational qualification, age limit & how to apply are given below.

+ Starting Date : 16-03-2023
+ Closing Date to Apply without Late Fee : 31-07-2023
+ Closing Date to Apply with Rs. 200/- Late Fee: 15-08-2024
+ Closing Date to Apply with Rs. 400/- Late Fee: 31-08-2023
+ Closing Date to Apply with Rs. 700/- Late Fee: 15-09-2023
+ Date of Examination: April / May 2024

+ Starting Date : 16-09-2023
+ Closing Date to Apply without Late Fee: 31-01-2024
+ Closing Date to Apply with Rs. 200/- Late Fee: 15-02-2024
+ Closing Date to Apply with Rs. 400/- Late Fee: 28-02-2024
+ Closing Date to Apply with Rs. 700/- Late Fee: 15-03-2024

Age Limit
+ For Secondary (10th): Born not later than 31.05.2006.
+ For Senior Secondary (12th): Born not later than 31.05.2005.
Fees
+ For Secondary (10th): Rs. 1800/- for General Male candidates, Rs. 1450/- for General Female candidates and Rs. 1200/- for SC / ST / ESM / PwD candidates.
+ For Senior Secondary (12th): Rs. 2000/- for General Male candidates, Rs. 1650/- for General Female candidates and Rs. 1300/- for SC / ST / ESM / PwD candidates.
+ For Additional Subjects: Rs. 720/- for All candidates.
+Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Qualification
+ For Secondary (10th): Primary (5th) Class Pass.
+ For Senior Secondary (12th): Matriculation (10th) Pass.
